Installation Materials Required
- Terminals: 2 units, can be connected in the usual way or by soldering.
- Waterproof Bituminous Tape: “IN” (30 cm).
- Thermostat: One required for each room.
- Heat Reflective Pad: 3 to 5 mm for underfloor heating.
- Cables: Red and blue, thickness according to heating area (from 1.5 to 2.5 mm).
Important Note: The maximum operating length of the infrared strip should not exceed 13 meters for 50 cm wide films, 9 meters for 80 cm wide films, and 7 meters for 100 cm wide films.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
