Shipping Destinations

• We ship exclusively to countries within the European Union, limited to the continental territories of these countries.

Shipping Company

• Deliveries are handled by the shipping company Speedy.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €60.

Delivery Times

• For deliveries within Germany, the delivery time is 2 to 3 business days, unless a different time frame is specified in the respective offer.
• For international deliveries within the European Union, the delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from order confirmation (or from the time payment is received if advance payment is agreed upon).

Additional Considerations

• We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
• If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all products together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
